The new breakfast room was a delightful surprise, offering a satisfactory start to my workday. While I didn't get a chance to indulge in the sauna or gym, their modern appearance hinted at a well-equipped facility for relaxation after business tasks. The inclusion of a microwave and mini fridge in my room added a practical touch to my stay, facilitating work breaks with ease.Located in downtown Bancroft, the convenience of nearby amenities and the picturesque York River as a backdrop lent a charming ambiance to my remote work setup. However, the slightly outdated rooms fell short of expectations. Wi-Fi connectivity was adequate, catering to my business needs efficiently. The presence of pets was a bonus for those seeking companionship during their stay.Sword Inn offers a functional retreat for business travelers, with potential for enhanced comfort through room upgrades and maintenance.
